Resolving Labour Disputes by introducing new Toll-Free
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) introduced a new toll-free (80084) to contact Labour Claims and Advisory call center to handle labour complaints and legal consultations effective from October 12, 2023. The number helps common man to register labour complaints, follow-up on active legal complaints, receive legal consultations on the UAE’s Labour Law - Federal Decree-law No. 33 of 2021 and any labour related advice. The toll-free number is available in Arabic, English, and Urdu active from 8 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday.
